Lotus Bloom is a safe, peer-led space for people navigating endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS (PCOS) and related conditions. These rules keep it that way, for you, and for everyone who leans on this community.
Be kind
Everyone here is doing their best. Assume good faith. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
Respect differences
Bodies, beliefs and journeys are all welcome here.
Peer support, not medical advice
Share what helped you, don't diagnose, prescribe, or tell someone to stop treatment. If you're worried about someone, point them to Crisis Support.
Confidentiality matters
Don't share screenshots of private chats. What's shared in Lotus Bloom stays in Lotus Bloom.
No illegal content
Do not post about illegal activities or illicit substances. (Discussion of legally prescribed treatments, like medical cannabis, is perfectly fine.)
No medication trading
Publicly offering, sharing, or exchanging prescription medication will result in immediate account removal.
No bullying or harassment
Bullying, harassment, or any threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
Protect your privacy
Avoid publicly sharing specific identifiers like full names, GP addresses, or private contact details. You are responsible for what you post.
Group chats
Group chats are not routinely monitored by the Lotus Bloom team. If something worries you, report the specific message. The team will only see the reported content and information needed to review the report. Group chats are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, use Crisis Support or emergency services.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button. Our moderators review every report.
Enforcement & consequences
Posts that violate these rules will be reported and removed. Serious or repeat breaches lead to permanent removal.
